Michael C Walters

Michael has extensive, Strategic, Human Resources and Training management experience at an executive level, predominantly gained in the financial services sector. For many years, Michael managed a retail division of a major bank and later served on the Executive Committee with Human Resources as his portfolio. His in-depth experience positions Michael favourably to offer companies a professional service tailored to suit their unique needs.

Chrizelda Walters

Chrizelda is registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa as an Industrial Psychologist. (PS 0091197). She obtained a Bachelor of Commerce in Organisational Psychology from the University of Cape Town (2002) which included research on minority groups in organisations. She graduated at the University of Stellenbosch (2004) with a Master of Arts. Her dissertation focused on Organisational Justice during a merger and acquisition within a South African financial institution. Chrizelda gained hands on experience working part time in a Human Resource department of a financial institution as part of her formal studies before founding FAB Consulting.
